It could very well be the book that kept me from quitting comics. It showed me that there were indeed new stories to be told and new ways of telling them and along with Steve Dillon's incredible rendering of each issue, I became excited about comics again.

Once hooked, I began to sample older offerings from Ennis, finding Hellblazer, Dicks, Hitman and now Punisher for Marvel all equally entertaining.
